Tim Burke is an attorney that has been near the center of many controversies in Cincinnati including the eminent domain case in Norwood, the Hamilton County Jail Tax and the City Link center.

Tim Burke is currently the Hamilton County Democratic Chair.

He served as an assistant to Jerry Springer when Springer was on City Council.
